Woodsense was created with a mission to ensure the quality of timber construction in the future.
Wood is a great material to build with, but it's vulnerable to moisture and more, which unfortunately makes builders nervous about using it.
That's why we set out to make technology that enables timber mills, contractors and builders to catch damage when it happens.
Woodsense is made up of a group of passionate technology optimists with the belief that we can solve the planet's biggest problems with technology if we work with industry workers and make useful tools for them.
Our solution, our moisture meter, is the product of hundreds of conversations with every actor in the construction industry.
We collaborate with a wide group of other stakeholders - everything from technology GTS institutes to damage service companies and building consultants.
